Working Hard for the Family They Wanted
Sunday, January 23rd, 2011
Grace and Brad have been married for three years. They wanted to start a family on their own. Sad to say, they weren't able to have their own offspring that would really get something from them. Brad has medical issues that are related to reproduction. Grace has decided that it is okay with her that she wouldn't be able to conceive their own child. It doesn't matter if they have children or not. What's more important is that the two of them will stay together. Brad has also considered adoption as their contingency plan. He wouldn't want to shatter Grace's dream on becoming a mother. Grace also has considered this. So one day, they decided to go to the orphanage to inquire on what they need for adoption. First thing that they had to do was to look for and learn about the parental rights law. Brad thinks that it might be different once they adopt a child. It wasn't going to be easy for the both of them but they should at least try to have a dream family that they have always wanted.

Best Boys Costume for over the Christmas Holiday
Monday, December 13th, 2010
I’ve had some ideas over the past few weeks about what our son Jeffrey would have the most fun with over the school holidays. Although our young son would probably prefer a new xbox or NDS game; my judgement is to get him something that will have lasting appeal. As his father I also enjoy those games, but they leave much of the creativity I am trying to harness at the front door.
This weekend I am going to see if I can find a worthy boys costume design. I know Jeffrey is quite particular about what he will wear, but also his standards leave something on the table. When he was two years old, he spent many a day parading around the yard in nothing but his diapers. Now that he is four, his standards have grown considerably. He’d probably prefer to run around the yard in a knight outfit or a magician, but the yard is off limits to him in our Canadian winter. I believe he’ll have plenty of fun running arount the house, and stampeding through the attached garage. I just need to decide on what would be a perfect gift for our little guy. I’m confident that he’ll like whatever I come up with, but don’t want to fall too far off the tracks. He might not like seeing pictures of himself as a ballerina when he’s twenty years old:) Oh, the joys of parenting!

Establish a Good Communication to Control Child Behavior
Friday, October 29th, 2010
Child behavior depends on different factors they encounter in their everyday life. Normally, children are moody if they are not entertained by their parents. When they want to drink, eat or to pee, they ask their parents. If their parents say no or later, children cry and stumble in public. Establishing a good communication is a secret if you want to control or manage child behavior. A good conversation is your way to know your child’s preferences. Now, you can give what they want and prevent anti social acts of his or her kid. Establishment of a good communication is easy. You may have dinner or breakfast with your kids and discuss their school works. With this, you can have a chance to talk with them. With quality time, you will know if they encounter problems in school or in friends. If you encounter a hard time in having a quality time with your kid, you may check out some suggestions from online sources. There are tips posted in different websites that can help you to build a good relation to your child.

Confidence For Kids
Thursday, August 26th, 2010
At our martial arts school I’ve heard it many times in many different shapes and sizes, a worried mum calls and on the phone “My sons 10 and he doesn’t have many friends” or a concerned Dad ” He never looks people in the eye” also ” He never asks questions in class so the teacher just passes him by” and I was hoping that Martial Arts might help him feel able to look someone in the eye or answer questions when he’s asked.
I know how they feel after all I have three children of my own and just like any other parent I want the best for my children. The answer is so easy and they already know it just as well as I do, he just needs more confidence.
Confident people look you in the eye, ask questions, speak when spoken to, get better jobs and live happier lives and the best thing about confidence is that it can be taught and if it can be taught then it can be learned.
At Guests Martial Arts we’ve been helping children become more confident for the last 8 years. I’ve seen children that’s can’t even look you in the eye change over a short period of time into bright happy well adjusted kids that love martial arts and the feeling of confidence that training gives you.
The real secret to confidence is success, when a person becomes successful at something then they start to feel like what they have to offer is worth listening too, like they’re on equal terms with an adult or peer and that they have the answer that their teacher is looking for.
That’s where we come in we make your child feel successful so that they can become successful, It all starts with learning how to do a proper handshake while looking their instructor in the eye and continues all the way through to Black Belt and beyond.

Children Should Take The Responsibility Of Their Parents When They Grow Old
Sunday, August 22nd, 2010
Roger moved to the United States for work, 6 years ago. He wanted to be successful and was very ambitious. He was working at a good post in his company. The management was very happy with his work and gave him a promotion. Now he could buy the 3 bedroom house that he was always wanted. He used to miss home from time to time. What he missed the most were his parents. He tried to make a trip to his home country once a year. His parents were really old now. As there was nobody to look after them back at home they fell sick very often. Roger thought of calling them to the states permanently to live with him. He didn’t know the procedure that needs to be followed. He looked for information on parents immigration. He noted down the key points and procedures. Soon after he did all the paperwork and made a visit to his parents. It was a sight not to be missed when Roger presented his parents with the tickets to fly out with him. They were ecstatic and their happiness level reached a new high.
