String Trimmers for Professional Use
Friday, December 17th, 2010
If you have a professional lawn care or landscaping company, then you probably know the importance of having a great model and brand of string trimmer for your company to use. The best string trimmer is going to be very durable for everyday, commercial use. It should also be reliable for your jobs. You don’t want to have a string trimmer that might break down while you are working on someones lawn or garden! Thus, when buying a string trimmer for commercial use, you must do your research carefully in order to ensure that you get the best models for your companys use. You can usually buy these items in bulk in order to save on them if you have an especially large company, and this will help you to save money on these purchases. Once you have the trimmers, you can start being more efficient on your jobs, leaving a neater, cleaner landscaping look behind. You can be sure that your customers will be happy and pleased with your work.

My Garden: the Beauty of Roses
Tuesday, December 14th, 2010
Roses are my favourite flowers. With relatively low maintenance rose bushes last for many years and bloom season after season, creating colourful, fragrant flower beds. I keep my nurseries under a heavy duty gazebo before “promoting” them to the garden, unprotected.
My father owned a rose growing business when I was a child and gave me my first rose bush, one with deep red flowers, when I was three. As an adult I didn’t have a garden until recently, having spent most of my younger working life living in flats. At first, my present house did not have any flower beds, so I spent a whole week digging up carefully chosen sections of the lawn and creating beds where I could plant rose bushes. The digging done I went to the nearest garden centre and chose a range or reds, white, pink and yellow roses. Since that day I have been delighted I made the effort with the garden as all summer the glorious blooms confirmed my effort was worth it.

The Park is the Best Source of Amusement for All, Especially Children
Sunday, September 19th, 2010
All of us love to have a park in our neighborhood. Children especially enjoy going to the park as it is the best source of amusement for them. There is a public park in our neighborhood which is well maintained. The park has a huge jogging track where elders do walking and jogging, with pop up gazebos dotted around vending all kinds of refreshments.
The park has different types of slides for children. Some slides are designed in such a way that the children really enjoy playing and don’t want to go home. Apart from slides there are swings, sea saws and rope climbing. Separate area is there for playing cricket, football and basketball. The best thing which I like about the park is that there is a swimming pool for children. Trainers are there to provide training to children who are interested to learn swimming. The park has different types of flowering trees planted at the entrance to add to its beauty. It is really a wonderful park and is so well maintained that not only children but also elders love going to it.

Putting a pond in with your garden
Thursday, May 27th, 2010
Those blessed with a large space in their yard and funds to boot as well as of course time, may consider wanting to put a pond in their garden. Once you have scouted out your pond location there must be some things to do before you start excavations. First try to locate water service or electrical service lines so that they are not cut by accident. Should you want to light up the pond or run a fountain or water pump, you will need to dig a trench from the power supply to the pond. Make sure to use an isolating transformer when connecting outdoor electrical cables so as to protect yourself from shocks. Also check with your local council on the safety measures and procedures for installation of pools and ponds in the backyard. Some councils are strict in making sure that pools are child safe and do not exceed certain depths. Landscape Design San Jose
